Nos responsabilizamos del cumplimiento de los servicios ofrecidos los circuitos, declaramos explícitamente que la responsabilidad es limitada, ya que actúa como intermediario entre pasajeros y sus agentes de viajes por una parte y por la otra entre los pasajeros y empresas que proporcionan los diversos servicios turísticos: Por lo anterior declinamos responsabilidades por daños, robos, accidentes, retrasos e irregularidades que afecten a los pasajeros y sus pertenencias si estos son por causas ajenas a nuestros servicios. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar orden de los servicios en los programas para un mejor desarrollo de los mismos o por causas que los justifiquen.

Cancelation Charges: all cancelations are subject to the following rules of this Agency. A cancellation 20 days before departure date...no penalty...15 days before departure 30% of total charges....4 days before departure 60% penalty. Once trip has commenced or prematurely ending trip by traveler or not being present when trip begins it's journey at any point, there will be no reimbursement.
Reponsibilities of Mayatabasco or/and it's contracted partners. We are responsible to complete the providing Contract services described in the Trip Itinerary.
Mayatabasco and any of it's contractors are obligated to supply transportation to and from destinations specifically noted on the itineraries and limited to those responsiblities.
Interaction between personnel of Hotels, Airlines or Travel Agencies is the responsiblity of the travelers. Mayatabasco and it's contractors are not responsible for any, damages, robberies,accidents,delays, or other irregularities that affect the travelers or their property if these are out of control of Mayatabasco and it's contracted agencies.
We reserve the right to modify any Trip Itinerary if it is for the good of the traveler or to better the Trip in any justifiable situtation.

For larger groups, conventions, incentives, business, etc., please request special quotation.
Hotels mentioned could be substituted for similar hotels and client may accept or reject, supplement or discount may apply.
Hotel classification in this tariff is as per the Mexican Government office and may not be at all times precise. The hotel rating is not regulated by Mexican Government and should therefore only be taken as a guideline till written confirmation in case of reservation.
Hotels may charge supplements if travel during National Holidays, Eastern or Christmas / New Year.
Liability will be limited to the reimbursement of services not supplied for failure of our own service, and cannot be held responsible of acts of God, acts of the local government or any other authority, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, delays, loss or injury caused by reason of any company or person contracted by us, in our condition of Agent to carry out services. Liability is according the Mexican Law. All baggage carried at the Owner's risk throughout the tour.
